Complete Factory Unit Refresh. Completed
All gutters and cladding have been fully restored using Rust-Oleum Noxyde Plus in a Grey Green finish, with CombiColor Signal Green applied to the gutters for a sharp, clean contrast.
The upgrade not only improves the overall look of the building but also provides long-lasting protection against the elements. With the Rust-Oleum coating system in place, this factory unit is now protected and looking fresh for another 10 years.

Fresh Industrial Upgrade
We transformed this factory space with a painted concrete floor finished in Rust-Oleum Pegakote (grey)—built for durability, easy maintenance, and a clean, professional look. The roll-up doors were spray-finished in Rust-Oleum Combicolor, delivering a smooth, tough coating that stands up to daily wear while sharpening the overall finish.

Factory Floor Completed
We carried out a full preparation and coating job on this industrial factory floor. The surface was properly cleaned, prepared and primed to ensure maximum adhesion before applying a durable topcoat.
The floor was then sprayed with Rust-Oleum Pegakote using our new Graco Ultra Max 695 XT, delivering a smooth, even finish across the entire area. This system provides a hard-wearing, chemical-resistant coating designed to handle the demands of busy industrial environments, improving both durability and appearance.
A fresh coated floor not only looks professional but also helps protect the concrete and extend the lifespan of the surface.
